Miller and Richard information sources.

Are there any good sources for information about Miller and Richard typefaces? Most of them don’t show up in Berry and Johnson’s encylopædia, there don’t appear to be any books about the foundry, and the web doesn’t even turn up a Wikipedia entry. I only turn up one footnote mention in Reed’s History of the Old English Letter Founders and a few tidbits in Millington’s history of Stephenson Blake. Am I overlooking any obscure journal articles?

I have a Miller and Richard specimen. I’m looking for information about the firm and its employees, not specimens.0

This may be of interest; it's a legal brief of charges against M&R, only 15 pages. Kind of pricey for such a small document.
