I have managed them with more at work but AV glitches can develop so I would imagine at least a minute or two of 'can you hear me?' going around a group before everyone is confirmed as on.
John, Mark, if I was not already tied to this through work I would be feeling much the same way. That said, now that I am tied to it I have managed to figure out how to restrict access only to people I want to actually talk to.
Ok, so we just concluded the test run, we ended up with David, Mark and myself, was a good first attempt. I'm happy to make this a weekly thing for whoever is around, just maybe a little earlier (it's currently 3:20am for me) but I'm pretty flexible. Thanks guys :-)

Coming in from your phone are just not working very well, and also, I think one of the great things about hanging out, as opposed to a, phone conf. or video conf. call, is that one can share things one is working on, which no one can really see on a phone, e.g. and is tough to share that way.
David, can you 'record' the chat so we can watch later? I believe this is a built in feature on Hangout. I am too tired to stay up any longer and participate tonight, sorry!
